Squarespace - We share information with Squarespace, our website provider for a number of reasons, including to analyse our website to learn about site traffic and activity, process payments for subscriptions and enable your member areas access when you subscribe to a membership with us.
Stripe - Your information is shared with Stripe to process your payments.
Everfit - We share information with Everfit our fitness app provider to create your user profile and interact with you on the platform.
Google Workspace - We utilise Google Workspace to securely store our enquiry responses and form submissions and host our email.
Calendly - We ask you to share your personal data with Calendly as a visitor to our Calendly scheduling page.
Zoom - We use Zoom for video conferencing and we share your email address with Zoom to send you call invitations.
Government bodies. We may share your data if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, or governmental request such as a court order or warrant.
Business Transfers. If we’re involved in a reorganisation or merger, acquisitaion or sale of some or all of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that deal.

Your right to data portability. You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
